Daybeds were traditionally used for small spaces in need of a versatile bed that could be used for sleeping, lounging and double as a couch. Today, daybeds are universally adored for the cozy charm they add to a bedroom.
The Beadboard Daybed with Storage is built in a unique Double size allowing for extra of room for lounging, studying and sleeping. The classic cottage beadboard style has a relaxed, coastal style that is beloved by adults and children alike.
The Full size daybed has solid wood construction. The French-inspired design features square post with caps and a large ball finials. The durable slatted beadboard is featured on the back and sides of the daybed. Built in under the bed are (3) deep drawers on metal glides for conveniently storing clothing and extra bedding.
The Beadboard Daybed can be finished in any of our traditional milk paint finishes or stained to highlight the grain of the wood.

All of the finishes that we offer on our furniture are uniquely French Country. We offer traditional milk paint finishes and stains with low VOC that is healthy for you and the environment. Our finishes are hand applied, then lightly rubbed, for time worn character (we can also finish without paint distressing!). Our finishers lightly surface distress tops for a time worn appearance. All finishes are water sealed and waxed for easy care, everyday use.
