The low bookcase offers a wide width to accommodate all your collectibles without overwhelming the room. Low-height open storage is great for kid's to easily access toys and books. The bookcase has an upscale modern style when art is hung above, or large vases or decorative items are placed on top.
The 12" depth is ideal for open storage in a hallway, or small space. The Chateau Bookcase works well in rooms with low ceilings. The small bookcase is 46" high, and but offers a wide width of 60".
The low wide bookshelf is made of solid wood, including the 5/8" tongue and groove backing. The bookcase has generous crown molding, and side moldings. The base molding has a scalloped design for a country French style. The bookcase can be painted and/or stained in a finish of your choice.
This Chateau Low Bookcase complements French Country, English Cottage, Farmhouse, Rustic, Transitional and Traditional style decors.

All of the finishes that we offer on our furniture are uniquely French Country. We offer traditional milk paint finishes and stains with low VOC that is healthy for you and the environment. Our finishes are hand applied, then lightly rubbed, for time worn character (we can also finish without paint distressing!). Our finishers lightly surface distress tops for a time worn appearance. All finishes are water sealed and waxed for easy care, everyday use.
