The Modern Windsor Chair has a solid contoured moulded seat with 5 spindles attached to the seat and back rail. The upper back rail is reminiscient of classic Windsor chairs, with a tapered back for comfort, and stable and strong construction. The chair legs are angled, and supported by an h-rail design for maximum firmness.
The Modern Windsor Chair is available with a molded, contoured wood seat. The chair can be finished in an all-over paint.

All of the finishes that we offer on our furniture are uniquely French Country. We offer traditional milk paint finishes and stains with low VOC that is healthy for you and the environment. Our finishes are hand applied, then lightly rubbed, for time worn character (we can also finish without paint distressing!). Our finishers lightly surface distress tops for a time worn appearance. All finishes are water sealed and waxed for easy care, everyday use.
We offer a wood seat style on our Modern Windsor Dining Chair. The "Wood" seat is a hardwood seat that can be painted or stained and it is strong and durable.
