The Lorraine Media Console melds elegant French-style with functional storage in this flat screen TV stand. The TV cabinet offers both open and closed storage for a flat screen television and all the A/V components including; cable box, DVD player to Roku, XBox, Playstation and Wii consoles.
Each French country media console features handcrafted raised panels doors and classic French wood knobs. The TV stand has flat paneled sides which are highlighted by a generous raised base molding, and a squared-off foot.
The open storage area has two adjustable shelves with cord holes drilled for plugs and wires. Each side cabinet has two adjustable shelves inside to store everything from DVDs, CDs, to video game controllers out-of-view.
The top of the TV stand is water-sealed to prevent water rings, and for everyday use. The solid wood TV stand can hold up to a 60" wide flat screen TV. The television sits at a comfortable viewing height of 30" off the floor.
The Lorraine media console can be painted in a classic two-tone finish with a stained interior and top with painted exterior, or all-over one color finish.
The Lorraine Media Console complements French Country, English Cottage, Farmhouse, Rustic, Transitional and Traditional style decors.

All of the finishes that we offer on our furniture are uniquely French Country. We offer traditional milk paint finishes and stains with low VOC that is healthy for you and the environment. Our finishes are hand applied, then lightly rubbed, for time worn character (we can also finish without paint distressing!). Our finishers lightly surface distress tops for a time worn appearance. All finishes are water sealed and waxed for easy care, everyday use.
We offer (3) styles of tops on all of our furniture: Stained Pine, Hand Planed, and Birch. Below are approximate examples of each wood style, along with an explanation of the characteristics of each. All tops are finished with two coats of varnish and a wax top sealer. The cleaning of the surface is an easy soap and water maintenance, there is no special routine required, this is an easy-care system.
"Stained Pine" is our standard solid wood top featured on all furniture pieces.
"Hand Planed" is a solid pine top which has a planed down surface to open the grain of the wood to allow a deeper stain color. This technique provides an uneven, grooved surface for a more rustic look.
"Birch" is a hardwood top that has less wood grain and no knots when compared to Pine. Birch is a popular choice for customers looking for a harder top for children or heavy wear.
