The Provincial Trestle Table with two carved pedestal base legs. The trestle base features two pedestal feet, carved from solid wood. The trestle table comes standard with (2) 16" company boards. It is available in lengths of 80" and 96".
The Provincial Trestle Table is a stylish choice as the main dining table for your french country home.
The entire table is made of solid wood: no pressboard, mdf, or veneers are used. The table base has two carved pedestal bases with a stretcher bar attachment spanning the length. The top is made from thick solid pine (or birch) with a short apron skirt. The hardwood trestle base is anchored by two contoured feet for stability and add another stylish detail to the table design.
The Provincial Trestle Table is intended for daily use. Every top is water-sealed and waxed to prevent water rings and perfect for everyday use. All tops are an easy care soap and water clean-up, no need to worry about upkeep and maintenance.
The trestle table top is 2" thick (1 3/4") and made of solid pine. You can opt for a Birch top (birch top would be 1 1/8" thick). If you prefer a more rugged top, you can choose a Vintage Pine top or Hand Planed
The French Country Provincial Trestle Table can be finished in any of our milk paint or stain finishes for an elegant traditional, cottage or rustic style.

All of the finishes that we offer on our furniture are uniquely French Country. We offer traditional milk paint finishes and low VOC stains that are healthy for you and the environment.
All finishes are hand applied, then lightly rubbed, for time worn character. Our "Aged Finish" stains are achieved with multiple coats of stain followed by the application of a glaze. Our finishers lightly surface distress tops for a time worn appearance. All finishes are water sealed and waxed for easy care, everyday use.

"Stained Pine" is our standard solid wood top featured on all furniture pieces.

"Hand Planed" is a solid Pine top which has a planed down surface to open the grain of the wood to allow a deeper stain color. This technique provides an uneven, grooved surface for a more rustic look.

"Vintage Pine" is made from reclaimed wood from old hunting cabins, buildings, and cottages. No two tops are alike, some are more rustic than others, they can be very distressed by their weather worn age. You should expect that some have divots and worming.

"Birch" is a hardwood top that has less wood grain and no knots when compared to Pine. Birch is a popular choice for customers looking for a harder top for children or heavy wear.
