The French Pedestal Accent Table has a generous round top with a elegantly turned narrow base, and three decorative feet. The delicately turned base is made of solid hardwood.
The three feet at the base of the table have a distingished contoured design. The solid wood top is a generous 22" round with an edge cut adding to it's formal design. The top has a small skirt detail under the top. The top is water-sealed to prevent water rings, and for everyday use.
The 28" tall pedestal end table is an ideal end table, foyer accent table, or as a bedside nightstand. The versatile design works in many rooms seeking a solidly built, pedestal accent table.
Each pedestal table is hand finished in any of our milk paint colors or stains for a classic country French effect. All of our finishes are hand applied giving each table a handcrafted quality. Our finishers then lightly rub the paint, if desired, for a slightly worn appearance.

All of the finishes that we offer on our furniture are uniquely French Country. We offer traditional milk paint finishes and stains with low VOC that is healthy for you and the environment. Our finishes are hand applied, then lightly rubbed, for time worn character (we can also finish without paint distressing!). Our finishers lightly surface distress tops for a time worn appearance. All finishes are water sealed and waxed for easy care, everyday use.
We offer (3) styles of tops on all of our furniture: Stained Pine, Hand Planed, and Birch. Below are approximate examples of each wood style, along with an explanation of the characteristics of each. All tops are finished with two coats of varnish and a wax top sealer. The cleaning of the surface is an easy soap and water maintenance, there is no special routine required, this is an easy-care system.
"Stained Pine" is our standard solid wood top featured on all furniture pieces.
"Hand Planed" is a solid pine top which has a planed down surface to open the grain of the wood to allow a deeper stain color. This technique provides an uneven, grooved surface for a more rustic look.
"Birch" is a hardwood top that has less wood grain and no knots when compared to Pine. Birch is a popular choice for customers looking for a harder top for children or heavy wear.
